We are seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager who can bring their expertise, creativity and vision to oversee recruiting operations and candidate experience program. You will be a key partner alongside recruiting team members, leaders and our technology team in the design and iteration of strategies and programs that directly impact hiring success and candidate experience. You will also have the chance to lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators, helping to guide and train them on current processes.Accelerate your career as you:Design, build, implement and scale processes that enable efficiencies across the onboarding teamLead a team of recruiting coordinators dedicated to specific lines of business   Partner closely with recruiting leadership to identify and resolve operational roadblocks, and promote best practices for using our ATS and tracking the most accurate recruiting data.Manage existing vendor relationships and invoicing and proactively identify recruiting solutions that make the hiring process more effective and efficient.Determine vision and execute a plan to provide an excellent candidate experience to our applicants and hiresHelp ensure leadership and cross-functional partners have a clear understanding of the goals and timelines of plans.Report and refine metrics to help hold our team accountable. Create quarterly reviews to demonstrate progress.You will create and help facilitate training and centralize resources for our new recruiting coordinatorsWork with our legal and technology team to oversee and implement compliance changes for onboarding processes

Qualifications:You have 4+ years of experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator and/or leading a team of Recruiting Coordinators  A passion for enhancing candidate experience and/or recommending ways to improve our process to benefit our applicantsYou are familiar with Workday ATS administration, with an added bonus for prior experience building reports or dashboardsAn understanding of how to drive performance through metrics and observing adoption ratesYou have exceptional mentorship skillsYou are proficient with report building in Excel and creating impactful Power PointsYou have experience partnering with, and influencing, senior leadership on recruiting programs strategy and hiring initiatives

Estimated total compensation for this position:

90,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
