We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our recruitment processes through your expertise in talent acquisition systems and technologies. You will be responsible for optimizing our TA systems, managing data integrity, generating reports, and providing technical operations support for the Talent Acquisition function. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Job responsibilities System Administration: Serve as the functional expert for our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and other recruitment technologies. Manage new configurations and system updates to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical operations support to the talent acquisition leadership and project management team. Lead system data hygiene initiatives to ensure accurate, reliable data that drives meaningful business insights. System Enhancements: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in talent acquisition technologies. Research and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance our recruitment processes. Collaborate with IT and HR systems teams to integrate and optimize our technology landscape. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recruitment workflows using technology. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in our recruitment processes. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure technology is effectively utilized throughout the hiring lifecycle. Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data integrity within the ATS and other talent acquisition databases. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key recruitment metrics, providing insights to stakeholders. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our recruitment processes. Training & Support: Create and deliver training materials and videos for recruiters and hiring managers to optimize their use of talent. acquisition systems for maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure adoption of new technologies and best practices. Job qualifications Technical Skills Experience administering and managing applicant tracking systems. Passion for data management, data hygiene and reporting (Google Suite or MS Office). Bonus Points for:. Experience with the applicant tracking system Greenhouse.
