We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across our recruiting processes and deliver a seamless candidate experience. This role supports talent acquisition by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a best-in-class hiring experience. You will also help improve talent acquisition systems, processes, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, is passionate about creating efficient processes, enjoys working collaboratively, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

2+ years of experience in recruiting operations or a related HR role with a strong focus on systems and process management. Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) is strongly desired. Knowledge of recruitment workflows, ATS administration, and recruiting metrics. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on stakeholder collaboration and candidate engagement. Experience managing coordination for high-priority roles and working with external agencies for contractor hiring. Previous experience supporting onsite interview programs or similar operational initiatives is highly preferred. Experience with People Operations or HR projects is a bonus.What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $92,000 and $129,333/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
