Talent Acquisition Partner, APAC (Contract)
The Team You’ll Work With

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our 50-person Singapore office as the primary recruiting resource for the APAC region. This is a contract position with the potential to convert to permanent based on business needs and performance.

As a member of the broader Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top-tier talent. This position will report into a US-based Talent Acquisition Director. 

The Problems You’ll Solve 

In this role, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Carta’s growth in APAC by:

Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and closing Adapting to evolving headcount needs, ensuring alignment with business priorities Understanding the bigger picture and how each hire supports Carta’s overarching goals Driving strategic hiring decisions, influencing the hiring process, and implementing best practices Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a positive and professional experience Sourcing top talent proactively by leveraging creative outreach strategies Maintaining data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse) and other People systems About You 3–5+ years of experience in business recruiting within the APAC region Fintech or startup experience preferred Strategic problem-solving skills – you remove roadblocks and think creatively Relationship-building expertise – you establish trust with hiring managers and candidates, understanding their motivations and long-term goals Strong communication skills – you provide clear, concise feedback and coaching A growth mindset – you embrace challenges as opportunities to learn and develop Operational excellence – you juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders without missing a beat
