Gallagher is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global Talent Acquisition team, to be based in our Munich office! In this role you will become a master in the attraction, engagement, and hiring of talent for our diverse business divisions. This position is responsible for piloting recruitment efforts for critical roles throughout Gallagher's brokerage in Europe. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive hiring for our busiess, whilst developing TA strategy and improvements for the client group. This position will conduct candidate sourcing, build and maintain relationships acoss the business while supporting improvement projects for the organisation and acquisition of new talent. This is a meaningful role to develop effective recruiting strategies and optimising the talent presented to the company. Worauf Sie Einfluss haben werden Actively source and develop direct Talent Pipelines for hiring opportunities in EMEA and implement additional strategies and actions to ensure the continued flow of qualified, diverse talent Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, agencies, and other HR team members and be their trusted adviser on all recruitment related matters Provide a consultative service and make strategic recommendations back to your business leads around areas such as the employment market, salary expectations and current, relevant, industry trends and market intelligence Be engaged in creating a Talent Acquisition environment that looks at quality improvement and helps implement best practice Fully utilise all available direct sourcing methods and networks to minimise use of recruitment agencies Support building the Gallagher brand in the market and work with our Employer Brand team to create materials to support hiring Be an internal Brand Ambassador for the Talent Acquisition team with a desired outcome being that all stakeholders are aware of and recognise the value of the function Lead and run all hiring processes from approval to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience Über Sie Proven experience in a similar role responsible for full-cycle recruiting gained in an agency, or in-house environment. Insurance industry recriting preferred. Familiar with employment laws and related compliance issues Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interdact effectively with business leaders and colleagues Experience working with recruiting related systems and tools highly desirable Posses the ability to manage multiple assignments. Experience with driving process optimization within a recruiting or similar environment German and English language skills required
