As a **Talent Acquisition Partner** at Phillips 66, you will be responsible for finding and attracting the best talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. You will also ensure compliance with recruiting policies and regulations, monitor and report on key recruiting metrics, and act as a talent advisor for your assigned business units. You will act as a business partner through managing expectations and providing recommendations to resolve all recruitment related challenges through professional consultation, creative problem solving, and market knowledge and insights.
This role will require the ability to prioritize and manage multiple, simultaneous requisitions and various recruiting-related projects. The Talent Acquisition Partner should possess strong business acumen with the ability to interact in a consultative nature with individuals at all levels within the organization including the ability to persuade and influence key decision makers. This role will be responsible for applying creative approaches to identify critical talent for our workforce and develop and maintain candidate pipelines.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
+ High School Diploma/GED or higher
+ 3 or more years of recruiting experience within an agency or corporate setting providing full cycle recruiting
+ Proficient in utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract qualified talent
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
+ Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
+ Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher
+ 5 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience
+ Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors, LinkedIn recruiter and other recruitment tools/software
