Supports the administration of recruiting of front-line worker, non exempt hiring including sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing new hire compensation packages, and closing candidates. Develops relationships with team members and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
Supports employee recruitment and selection activitiesCollaborates with business managers to define candidate profilesIdentifies candidates through multiple sourcesOrganizes and conducts pre-screening candidate interviews, background checks, and reference checksMaintains contact with external search companiesPrepares reports on candidatesAnalyzes effectiveness of recruitment practicesAssists in the negotiation of new hire salary packagesContributes to projects
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operationsPreferred Skills and Competencies:
Experience recruiting non-exempt high-volume jobsPossesses working knowledge of human resources concepts and employment laws and other applicable federal, state and local regulations including OFCCPExperience handling large req loads and evergreen (pipeline) requisitionsProficient in sourcing and maintain talent pools for high volume, non-exempt workersProficient in Excel, tracking candidate statuses & reporting back to hiring managersExperience with computer programs including MS Office, ATS systems, including CIMS, Workday, etc. Experience with CRM systemsExcellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbalCollaborate with all areas of HR and stakeholders across various business unitsRecruiting campaign and outreach experience Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
