We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our EMEA TA team and support the Inside Sales HUB hiring in London. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the region.
Attendance in the London office 5x/week is required!
We are offering 1 year contract.
Responsibilities:
Support Inside Sales HUB hiring in LondonHire also for other departments (e.g. marketing, finance)Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates.Collaborates with hiring managers on recruitment and identifying ideal candidateUtilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract potential candidates.Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualificationsCreating compelling job descriptionsEnsure a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Provides support to senior members as assigned
Qualifications:
We are looking for motivated individual who wants continue their career in recruitment. For this role, we are looking for candidates with:
Availability to come to the London office 5x/week1+ years of experience in recruitmentAdvanced level of English language – written and spoken (used on daily bases)Excellent communication skills and time managementStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a team and individuallyAdvantages:
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsExperience in HR-related fieldBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Benefits:
