Who We’re Hiring:

ICF seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to support both technical and digital recruiting, to be directly responsible for full lifecycle recruiting on technical openings including opensource software engineering, low-code/no-code development, user experience (UX) designers and researchers, ,  product managers, QA, DevSecOps, data science and data engineering. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be an expert at your craft: high volume candidate generation and high-touch experience, following of a highly-complex/ OFCCP-compliant process, ensuring a diverse slate, and consulting internal hiring managers on best-practice processes.

Must be available to come to the Reston office (HQ) for company events which happen between 1 and 4 times per month.

What you will do as an ICF Talent Acquisition Partner:

Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.

Conduct thorough intake meetings with key stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each search and to plan the detailed search strategy.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.

Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and attract potential candidates.

Be the primary point of contact of on day-to-day search activity, driving process, removing roadblocks, working through challenges and providing progress reports.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Assist with preparation of offers by providing market data to ensure offers are competitive and equitable. Extend and negotiate offers with candidates.

Serve as a trusted advisor and valued advisor to internal stakeholders to take a planned, strategic approach to hiring and minimize reactive efforts. 

Remain up to date on technological trends in order to have strategic conversations with clients about their future hiring needs.

What you will bring to the job (required qualifications):

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency, search firm, or corporate recruiting role

1+ year of experience in digital and technical recruiting

3+ years of experience following a recruiting process inside an ATS and/or a CRM

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

What you might have to be successful (preferred qualifications)

Experience supporting hiring organizations that are changing the world through providing better digital experiences for their customers. Ability build-high functioning teams that deliver technical products that delight customers

Successful past performance managing high-volume recruiting as defined by: reviewing 300+ applicants per week, screening 25+ candidates per week, filling 10+ roles per month, or carrying 20-30 reqs at a time. (Note that this ICF role is “high volume” in the context of technical recruiting, which might mean lower numbers, but more nuance!)

Experience recruiting for with management consulting or other professional services firms

Experience recruiting in an environment that followed OFCCP compliance.

Experience recruiting within federal contracting environments

Experience and understanding of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives

Experience using Workday, Beamery, HireEz, Tableau, and CoPilot

Professional Skills and Experience:

Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or standards.

Ability to learn and follow detailed processes

A spirit of curiosity and a solutions orientation

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$79,154.00 - $134,561.00
