**What you'll be doing**
As an integral member of the Early Talent Team you will manage full scope recruitment early career candidates and employees. In this role, will support the development and execution of CIBC's early talent programs, including internships and graduate development initiatives. You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting early career professionals. The successful candidate in this role will manage internal partner relationships, streamline processes to improve candidate management and experience, and is responsible for maintaining and establishing university partnerships.
You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. Seasonal travel to career fairs and events is required.
**How you'll succeed**
+ **Early Talent Recruiting:** Manage full scope recruitment for high volume intern roles. Maintain accurate and precise job postings through position and requisition management. Facilitate candidate management strategies to ensure a smooth hiring and keep warm process. Provide trusted advice to hiring managers by using diverse interviewing and assessment techniques to validate candidate experience levels.
+ **Strategic Sourcing:** Attend campus recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions. Identify strategies and sourcing channels to assemble a pipeline of early talent candidates. Establish connections, maintain and leverage a professional online and social media presence, and prospect talent through your network.
+ **Relationship Building:** Work closely with Early Talent team (Program Specialist and Coordinator), hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align on strategy and process. Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations. Partner with HRBPs to ensure accuracy and meet deliverables.
+ **Candidate Engagement:** Guide early career candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Serve as the main point of contact for in-process candidates and new hires.
+ **Data Management and Recruitment Support:** Track and report on program metrics, including candidate pipeline, event attendance, and hiring outcomes.
+ Additional responsibilities as needed/as team priorities shift.
**Who You Are**
+ **You have a Bachelor’s degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in recruitment. It’s an asset if you have a campus recruitment or early talent programs background and can demonstrate experience in managing high volume requisitions.

_At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of_ **_$75,000 - $90,000_** _for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
