Some of the things you will be doing:
This person will work closely with one of our Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and be a valued member of a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to attracting and hiring top talent for CSC.
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to thoroughly understand position requirements and align on recruitment strategies. Develop in-depth knowledge of CSC’s business, services, and culture to effectively represent the organization. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles ranging from entry-level to senior positions across multiple business lines in EMEA. Utilize available tools and platforms to build and execute effective sourcing strategies, proactively identifying top talent in the market. Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline and reduce time-to-hire. Actively participate in diversity recruitment efforts to support an inclusive hiring approach. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver positive outcomes and meet business needs. Prioritize a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey. Partner with the Recruitment Support team on background checks, global mobility coordination, and onboarding processes.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German or Spanish is definitely a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work autonomously while maintaining accountability and delivering results. Demonstrated success in leveraging teamwork, resilience, adaptability, and a strong service mindset to deliver exceptional outcomes. Self-motivated and driven by both individual and team achievements. Previous experience in agency recruitment, with a solid understanding of external sourcing and client collaboration is a plus.
