The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a business partner to Belle Tire retail store locations. The position supports full cycle recruiting and staffing strategies, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, building candidate pipelines, initiating background checks, and onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Partner will build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and prospective talent in order to successfully manage ongoing partnerships and deliver top talent to the organization. What You'll Do * Partner with Operations and HR partners to ensure timely understanding of current and future staffing needs * Build candidate pipelines, source, screen and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers * Coordinate candidate onboarding process including pre-employment screening including background checks and drug testing * Educate hiring managers on the hiring process and reinforce best practices for interviewing and onboarding * Oversee compliance of pre-employment screening including background checks and drug testing * Measure and drive metrics for key performance indicators including staffing levels, time to fill, time to onboard, etc. * Manage Belle Tire's employee referral program * Plan and execute a calendar of in-store and virtual hiring events * Maintain relationships with technical schools and automotive programs and identify strategies for connecting with automotive students and instructors * Continually evaluate opportunities for process improvement to increase the efficiency, effectiveness and overall experience for hiring managers and candidates * Ensures that all federal, state, local laws, and Belle Tire policies are consistently followed * Other related duties as assigned What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field * 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Excellent organizational skills * Strong PC skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, and Power Point * Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in a multi-unit retail company; Work Environment Work hours are typically 8-5, Mon-Fri, some additional time may be required on evening and weekends. Office environment requiring periods of sitting, and operation of standard office equipment.
