About the role:
As a Junior - Mid level Talent Acquisition Partner for tech roles at Kyriba, you’ll support our recruitment efforts for technical positions across the EMEA region. You’ll play an important part in sourcing and connecting with talented candidates, scheduling interviews, and helping to create a positive experience for everyone involved. Working closely with your team and hiring managers, you’ll learn about the tech recruitment process and contribute to our energetic and collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.)
Post job openings on various platforms and actively search for suitable candidates
Review resumes and applications to identify potential matches
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Communicate with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Support Talent Acquisition team with employer branding initiatives
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Workday)
Participate in job fairs, university events, and other networking opportunities
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activity and pipeline status
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or relevant experience)
2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related area
Interest in technology and eagerness to learn about IT roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and a proactive approach
English proficiency (other languages are a plus)
Experience with MS Office; familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus
