(We are#27 in 2010) Job Overview The Talent Partner and HR Analyst role is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success for multiple Aurobindo entities & facilities. While playing a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. The position will also be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of all human resource related data. This role will be based either in central New Jersey or Durham, North Carolina. Responsibilities Develop and execute recruiting plans for full cycle recruitment for direct hires, interns and temporary (contract) positions. Assist with editing/developing job descriptions as needed. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Communicate & follow up with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport and source new candidate leads. Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Post openings in appropriate venues (CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc) Post positions to appropriate Internet sources. Take initiative to improve the company website career page to assist in recruiting. Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment. Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. Use local University placement centers to advertise open jobs, identify and source candidates. Continue to improve upon our 30-60-90 day check-in process for all new hires. Must be knowledgable and experiences in recruiting and seeking out more diverse candidates (Vetrans, Disabled, Minorities, etc.) Manage reporting employment statistics and turnover, invoice processing from agencies, and maintaining all current job descriptions. Maintain, deliver, and continuously improve an effective onboarding program for new hires. Promote and help build the company brand with area colleges, technical schools, and liaison to many other placement offices; College/University Relations: including coordination with area college relations programs, including student co-op terms, internships, and new hires. Seek out and attend several job fairs throughout the year, that will assist in filling our open roles sooner and collect a backlog of candidates for future openings. Conduct monthly HR related reports (i.e., headcount, turnover, active, terms, new hires, budget reports, etc.) and annual reports such as annual increase and bonus spreadsheets for the SVP, HR. Provide any misc. HR data reports to Auro senior leadership when needed. Oversee affirmative action reports (OFCCP) in collaboration with external agencies and AAP attorneis. Manage the company's applicant tracking system (iCIMS) by working with our representative, helping its users, and optimizing processes and overall effectiveness. Qualifications - Skills & Requirements Working effectively, professionally & diplomatically with various levels of an organization from hourly associates to front-line management and executives. Knowledge and experience working with many different recruiting agencies, head-hunters, and recruiting firms. Knowledge and experience scheduling multiple interviews/candidates with many different members of the interviewing team. Organize and support the testing of candidates. Provide an exceptional onsite experience for all candidates by sitting with interview candidates and teams, tours, etc. Conducting background and reference checks. MUST be knowledgeable about the employment laws and what can and cannot be asked, during interviews as well as during reference checking. Extremely familiar with and experienced with job descriptions, job requisitions, etc. Must be extremely knowledgeable regarding Exempt and Non-Exempt classifications under the Department of Labor. Maintenance of open job postings and communication with management on recruiting needs. Effective problem solving and decision making when it comes to recruitment processes Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions and responsibilities. Outgoing, friendly, and professional attitude with an organized approach. Strong attention to detail and ability to organize data. Absolutely must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent time management with preferred experience in project management. Excellent conmmunication skills with direct supervsior, HR management as well as all Hiring Managers. Education & Experience · Preferred 2-3 years of experience in HR with min 2 years spent in recruiting full-time. · Preferred 2-3 years of experience recruiting in manufacturing, distribution, and production environment. (Both blue coller and white coller recruiting experience would be extremely helpful.) · Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, related field a plus OR equivalent experience Physical Requirements OFFICE POSITION - While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to: • Stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work • Light to moderate lifting is required • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time Sedentary work Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Additional Physical Requirements Sitting 5-8 Hours Blood/Fluid Exposure Risk Category III: Tasks involve no exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues.
