What you will do:

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who support QTS’s mission and uphold our core valuesProactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates in the procurement and/or development spaceDevelop sustainable, predictable talent pipelines that result in high quality of hire and below average time to fill metricsProactively network with internal stakeholders to advise on talent resources, process and best practiceProvide an engaging and transparent hiring experience for both the hiring manager and the candidateProvide thought leadership through statistical data and research to generate new and innovative methods for process improvementRepresents the QTS employment brand through social media, networking, and other avenues

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degreeFive or more years of talent acquisition experience1 or more years of recruiting experience in the construction or land development sectorExperience with Applicant Tracking and HRIS systemsMust be able to travel based on client and business needs, estimated 10% or lessStrong level of influence and negotiation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS

Military or diversity recruiting experience/program managementExperience recruiting non-exempt employees nationwideExperience recruiting for facilities skillsets (electricians, mechanics, engineers etc.)
