Objective

The Global Talent Acquisition team at IGT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to support our hiring initiatives in Mexico and Latin America. The TAP plays a lead role in identifying and engaging talent in a creative way and improving and contributing to our employer brand.

In this role, you will be responsible for attracting top talent to IGT in support of our promise to deliver entertaining and responsible gaming experiences for players everywhere. Responsibilities Responsible for sourcing, screening, setting up interviews, and working with the managers to fill their current openings in Latin America and Mexico. Execute search strategies including internal and external candidate assessment selection; direct sourcing and networking; internet recruiting and other low fees/no fee sourcing techniques. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external organizations to identify and source an inclusive slate of talent. Partner with business leaders and HR partners to lead searches and negotiate compensation. Attend events and represent the company at industry and other recruitment events if needed. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based upon feedback from the line business leadership and hiring teams. Work with hiring managers and business partners to ensure the job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate standards. Ensure job descriptions are high quality and accurate. Qualifications Two years experience working in a Talent Acquisition department at a multi-national company, or two years recruitment experience at a national company in Latin America or Mexico. Fluency and writing skills in English Active use of applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus. Demonstrating the ability to own and deliver work independently Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Demonstrating the ability to identify and manage risks and issues appropriately Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
