Talent Acquisition Support (Recruiter)

Status: Temporary with Benefits*

Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift, 40 hours/week

Location: Trinity Health Southeast Michigan (Ann Arbor, Chelsea, Livingston, Livonia, Oakland)

Qualified candidates will need to attend on-site meetings and local recruitment events.

POSITION PURPOSE

Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) supports Talent Acquisition efforts in Southeast Michigan.

This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid model that necessitates an on-site presence in Southeast Michigan for various events, trainings, and meetings.

Supporting the Trinity Health Southeast MI market, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing recruitment activities from sourcing to offer for assigned divisions and job families.

MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline required. Will consider a combination of relevant education and work experience.

Experience: Three or more years progressively more responsible related work experience in Talent Acquistion; healthcare experience preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Talent Acquisition Support is responsible for executing recruitment activities from sourcing to offer for entry to middle level management and individual contributor positions.

Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Partners for assigned divisions to address Talent Acquisition needs. 

Provides consultative services including workforce planning, establishing service level agreements, and regular reporting and developing sourcing strategies as needed.

Maintains and fosters excellent relations with hiring managers and providing a highly professional and excellent candidate experience. 

Work activities include, but are not limited to, attracting and identifying candidates to fill positions; managing the interview process; conducting interviews; guiding newly hired colleagues through the onboarding process, and coordinating relocation services.

Ensures consistency of employer brand to attract and recruit diverse top talent. 

Sources, assesses and selects qualified applicants to be referred as candidates for open searches, which includes networking and cultivating a talent pipeline in a creative and effective manner.
