Job Description

Position Overview-

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This position requires expertise in recruitment best practices within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, including conducting numerous candidate screenings and behavioral-based interviews. You will leverage technology to efficiently manage the recruitment process while collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.

Responsibilities-

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

Thrive in a high-speed, high-volume recruiting environment, efficiently managing multiple candidate pipelines and adjusting strategies to meet urgent hiring needs.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of roles across the organization.Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume and other sourcing tools to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and referral sources to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Interviewing & Selection:

Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Conduct interviews utilizing MS Teams as a best practice to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.Extend offers to qualified candidates and facilitate post-offer process.

Candidate & Hiring Manager Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.Facilitate and participate in Regional Meetings to provide regular updates on recruitment progress.Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about the company and position; ensure a high-quality candidate experience through exceptional communication and timely candidate follow up.

Recruitment Technology & Reporting:

Utilize Workday ATS/HRIS systems to manage the recruitment process, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate records.Utilize the Paradox platform for pre-screening, scheduling interviews and sending SMS communication to candidates. Consult with internal stakeholders on labor trends, competitor talent insight, interviewing techniques, hiring decisions and market data.

Compliance & Best Practices:

Meet and exceed key recruiting performance metrics.Stay current with employment laws and recruitment best practices to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Education and Experience Requirements-

Minimum of two years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a high-volume setting.Experience building effective sourcing strategies using a variety of means including: cold calling, leveraging Internet resources/diversity and professional associations, university/college recruiting, niche websites and social networking; creatively source and network with candidates.Strong understanding of behavioral-based interviewing techniques.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Bachelor’s degree preferred; preferably in Business or a related field.Experience with Workday ATS/HRIS systems is preferred.Knowledge of current employment laws and practices is preferred.Ability to travel, as needed, to visit branches or attend career fairs (up to 10%)

Pay Ranges$45,818.00 - $76,364.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
