The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for partnering with senior living communities to build a talent pipeline and fill open roles. This person should be sales-minded and creative. This is not a job where you just post a position and interview those who apply. This person should be ready to sell and market open positions and proactively build a talent pipeline and will be rewarded for doing that successfully. This role requires two days per week in the Brentwood, TN office and will require some travel to build community relationships and conduct and attend hiring fairs.
Responsibilities:
Find and attract top talent in a specialized area in the senior living industry, such as wellness, sales, administration, or maintenance. Build relationships and stay connected with top talent in the market so we are ready to hire when a position becomes available. Communicate with hiring managers on their needs for open positions. Review resumes that come through the applicant tracking system, screen candidates and manage the candidate experience from application to offer or decline Manage postings in the applicant tracking system, posting jobs, running backgrounds, and creating offer letters. Conduct market analysis to create competitive recruiting strategies. Identify sourcing opportunities and create partnerships with diversity organizations, colleges, veterans organizations, etc to build the employer brand and proactively develop relationships to source talent. Build a talent pipeline by engaging with candidates even when there are not open roles to build a ready pool of qualified, interested, talent. Administer pre-hire Culture Index assessment process, including working with department leads and CI Administrator to identify ideal Culture Index for each role and interpreting surveys for hiring managers. Travel as needed to build partnerships and manage hiring fairs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Sales, recruiting, or staffing experience highly preferred Competitive spirit with the desire to win A passion for connecting the right person with the right opportunity Highly energetic with a great attitude Organized and efficiently manages time Self-motivated to be successful and earn bonuses The desire to get out in the community to be a face of Vitality’s employer brand Experience developing partnerships with colleges and community organizations Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities Skilled communicator with the ability to dig deep in a conversation. Experience with Culture Index preferred High level of understanding of employment law Ability to travel up to 40%
