Summary

This role is expected to closely work with the PQI & WQ domain with the following Organization-

Product Quality & Innovation Segment of Business - https://www.veralto.com/product-quality- innovation/

Water Quality segment of Business - https://www.veralto.com/water-quality/

You will be act as TA Partner with all the Business & Function Leaders and Hiring Manager on several hiring requirements across OPCO. The expectation is to drive the Talent Acquisition standard work as per the guidelines laid by the management and ensure the hiring needs are filled as per the Business need. Ensuring all the stakeholders are engaged and involved in the hiring process with complete detailing and help them in getting the right Talent through numerous resources

WITHIN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:

Focus on owning the Veralto TA SW process across Opco.

To champion TA SW process and guidelines and to leverage Recruitment process as per the Toll gates with high level of collaboration with various stakeholders.

Create collaborative and harmonized relationships with hiring managers, HRBP, Business Leaders and other stake holders along with the TA Lead to create a strategic approach of all hiring across opco.

Leverage usage of knowledge / understanding of Industry / Skill / D&I to bring in the best-in-class Talent.

Coordinate with TA Lead & hiring managers to identify staffing needs and source the right Talent as per business needs.

Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, naukri and other professional networks, partner with Hiring Manager in implementing sourcing strategies which aligns with VES fundamental to Hire and Onboard Great & Diverse Talent.

Create Talent Scout Mentality with Hiring Team and to build pipelines for potential applicants using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.

Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references and presentations of candidate along with market data to Hiring Team.

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

To participate in VMDM where challenges and countermeasures along with action plans are discussed weekly with hiring stake holders to ensure the Hiring actions are fruitful in closures within the desired TAT.

Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes, selection confirmation emails, offer processing notes to share with key stakeholders.

Should be able to support the TA Lead in Dashboard management.

Management of ATS.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks

Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, naukri to proactively source candidates

Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS WILL INCLUDE:

Five to eight years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Partnership role.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) especially Workday.
