General responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job ad creation to final offer stage.

Source, headhunt, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide recruitment insights.

Maintain and improve recruitment reporting and analytics;

Maintain and adapt talent acquisition strategy based on company goals;

Collaborate with department and team managers/leads on a regular basis to identify future human resource hiring needs and recruitment projects;

Experience in IT recruitment will be considered as an advantage.

Employer Branding:

Promote company`s brand and reputation, participate in employer branding activities;

Participate in job fairs and career days to promote the company;

Engage with related field communities to promote our brand;

Ensuring consistency with the organization's branding guidelines across all communication channels;

Experience with different communication materials and tools such as Canva, MS PowerPoint will be considered as an advantage.

HR Support & Employee Lifecycle Management:

Conduct probation period talks and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.

Facilitate exit interviews to gather insights and improve retention strategies.

Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing support throughout their journey.

Job requirements:

At least 2 years of previous experience in recruitment project management (preferably in the field of Information Technology);

Experience delivering communication materials;

Experience with social media communication will be considered as an advantage;

Excellent English language skills;

Previous experience in employer branding activities;

High sense of responsibility and excellent skills in task organization.

Monthly gross salary from 2000 to 2500 EUR, depending on your level of expertise;
