Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner and play a key role in hiring specialized professionals. We’re looking for someone with experience in recruitment who enjoys building relationships, identifying top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Your Impact As a Talent Acquisition Partner your functions would consist: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align on candidate profiles. Identify and engage potential candidates through online platforms, databases, and proactive sourcing. Review applications and screen candidates to assess their experience and potential fit. Conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview feedback. Ensure an inclusive hiring process by promoting diverse talent representation. Maintain an organized candidate pipeline for future hiring needs. Continuously improve recruitment processes and meet agreed-upon hiring goals. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Advanced English, as this role has daily communication with native speakers. At least 1 year of experience with an recruitment process (end to end), ideally hiring specialized roles. Minimum 6 months of experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
