About the Role

The Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process, by building strong relationships with human resource partners, hiring managers, candidates, and senior leadership alike. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting (sourcing, pipelining, interviewing, and managing candidates through the offer negotiation process).

Act as a talent advisor to Hiring Managers by developing and driving recruitment strategies in a highly competitive market; providing market intelligence and data-driven insights to support the strategy; Implement effective sourcing strategies including internet sourcing, college events, social networking, and employee referrals; Champion and ensure a superior hiring manager and candidate experience by setting proper expectations, and delivering strong communication and feedback

Requirements

Proven recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment; Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently; In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, competency-based interviewing, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management; Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency; Demonstrated experience in talent advising through the research and presentation of data to influence hiring decisions.
