Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver value to the business by doing full cycle recruiting, scheduling complex interviews, tracking recruiting metrics, executing a career fair strategy, serving as a recruiter for select non-exempt and exempt roles, sourcing talent, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Executes full cycle recruiting, primarily for exempt and non-exempt roles.Schedules complex interviews.Posts positions on the company website, job boards, and college career sites.Develops and implements a sourcing strategy for both passive and non-passive talent.Works with Talent Acquisition Management and HRBPs to execute open roles.Maintains and tracks recruitment metrics through the ATS and Excel.Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Company Policies & Procedures.Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
Safety:
Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
Qualifications:
Highschool/GED is required. Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related discipline is preferred. 4+ years of relevant experience is required. 2+ years of equivalent work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner is required.Previous construction recruiting experience is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening and communicating.Represents the Company professionally and respectfully to internal and external contacts. Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently.Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications.Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite a plus) preferred. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.Functional competencies include agility, attention to detail, collaboration, prioritization, and building strategic partnerships.
Anticipated base salary range: $88,000 - $103,000
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
