We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join Crash Champions.As a corporate recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, you will be involved in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. This is a hybrid position, but this person must be based in the Chicagoland area and willing to commute a minimum of 2-3 days/ week.
Responsibilities
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet hiring goals and expectations
Manage the full recruiting life cycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
Work to proactively create and maintain a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open
Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
Write, edit, and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities
Work with staffing agencies to source contract hires to fill temporary staffing needs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting required, with corporate and leadership recruitment experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Psychology preferred
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Comfortable interacting with and influencing key decision makers.
Must be organized, detail oriented and possess the ability to multitask
Must be an independent thinker, problem solver and results focused professional
Strong negotiation, communication, research, and analytical skills
Experience in developing recruitment strategies
Excellent working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
30% travel in market required
