We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner - (German speaker) who will be accountable for sourcing and selecting the right talent for the right roles. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience for all active, passive, or potential talent throughout the recruitment process. The position may involve handling high-volume recruitment or focusing on specialized roles

Recruitment Process Management: Conduct pre-screening calls and behavioral interviews Guide both hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment process Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate engagement, assessment, interviewing, and offer negotiation Relationship Building: Build strong relationships across the business and be recognized as a talent acquisition expert Act as an advisor to the business, providing market insights and setting clear expectations Develop trust with key stakeholders to facilitate effective candidate conversations Brand and Communication: Enhance employer brand messaging throughout the recruitment process using various communication methods Define and promote personal and employer brand through candidate and hiring manager interactions Sourcing and Process Optimization: Define and implement effective sourcing channels that balance time, cost, and quality Manage internal applicant and employee referral processes to ensure a positive experience Performance and Reporting: Deliver results based on productivity and quality KPIs, including time, cost, and experience metrics Maintain accurate data records in the ATS system Present regular reports on recruitment activities to HR and hiring managers Social Media and Data Management: Advocate for good social media practices within the team and the broader business Maintain data integrity and process adherence

You will bring:
Proficiency in English language, verbal and written Proficiency in German language, verbal and written Conducting behavioural interviews in English, and presenting candidate overviews in written English OR conducting high volume recruitment activities from well planned events, group assessments and volume screening activities Experience and demonstrated success of delivering within an internal consultative talent acquisition model Understand sourcing channel selection / metrics and online activities Understand the value building employer brand messaging Outstanding planning and organisation skills Exceptional relationship management skills and capability to build and deliver Customer Focused solutions Demonstrate set up of weekly cadence and tracking of key metrics A track record of delivering for your team Evidence of delivery and execution with pace and high quality outputs Evidence of expertise and use of various social media channels Self-starter, proactive with an inquisitive mindset
