Talent Acquisition Partner - IT (Temporary)
Job Description
CGI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a temporary position lasting one year. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for designing innovative strategies to attract and recruit IT profiles.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, interviews, and placement.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment and sourcing strategy to identify potential candidates through referrals, social media, conferences, job fairs, professional organizations, market research, and other relevant channels.
• Regularly contribute to the development of new concepts and techniques to acquire critical talent in the assigned business areas.
• Act as a subject matter expert within the Global Member Attraction (GMA) team for recruitment events, including planning, organizing, and follow-ups.
• Manage active candidates throughout the recruitment process with effective communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build relationships and develop social networks of highly qualified professionals while maintaining a professional image at all times.
• Be responsible for managing and ensuring the integrity of data within the applicant tracking system and other HR systems, ensuring consistency and compliance with CGI's HR processes, provincial/legal requirements, and corporate standards.
Required Qualifications to Succeed in This Role
• Experience recruiting IT professionals in a high-volume environment.
• Previous experience in both agency and corporate recruitment would be ideal.
• Proven success in recruiting hard-to-find talent.
• Over 6 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in identifying exceptional candidates.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal clients.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage high volumes of information effectively.
• Commitment to achieving results within tight deadlines.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this role due to the nature of the position, which involves interactions with both national and international clients.
