This exciting new position plays a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. The person in this position will be responsible for recruitment for Japan, actively participating in recruitment efforts, and ensuring alignment with our business vision and values.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be expected to understand and practice modern sourcing techniques as your role will involve the attraction, engagement and onboarding of talent.
This role is to primarily recruit for Japan and support APAC as a region for recruitment activities, including South Korea, Australia and other future countries where applicable.
National and International travel may be required as part of the role.
What would I be doing?
In this role, you will primarily recruit for (but not limited to) engineering, project management, technicians to name a few.
Partnering with key stakeholders across the business in order to understand recruitment requirements and successfully hire the right candidates Be responsible for a number of vacancies, sometimes covering a variety of disciplines, concurrently throughout the full recruitment life-cycle Collaborating closely with stakeholders from all levels of the organisation across multi-functional teams Creating job adverts both internally and externally utilising our ATS system and job boards in a manner that is correct to specification and compliant to all relevant legislation and internal policies Assessing CV responses and filtering candidates, based on agreed selection criteria from hiring managers Coordinating all elements of the recruitment process Proactive candidate resourcing and profiling including use of CV Databases and other relevant recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter etc..) Ensuring all recruitment is compliant with internal and external policies Raising employment contracts and packs for successful candidates where appropriate
What you’ll bring to the role
Proven recruitment experience, preferably working within a technology or technical recruitment function (Agency, Internal or RPO) Experience of the full recruitment life-cycle from creating job adverts to contract generation Confident with proactive candidate resourcing including use of CV Databases and other relevant recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter etc..) Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Greenhouse) Understanding of recruitment legislation and ability to learn internal policies quickly Experience conducting behavioural/competency based interviews and understand best practice in interviewing Confident with collaborating with and managing stakeholders at various levels of a business Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail We are looking for bi-lingual Japanese and English speaking working proficiencyNice to Have:
Expertise in designing and managing attraction campaigns and content creation. Ability to use data analytics tools for talent acquisition metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
