Job Description

Your role as a Talent Acquisition Partner will contribute to the successful growth and evolution of EVERSANA as a complete pharmaceutical services company that brings solutions and support to our clients and patients. As a partner to our people leaders, you will support the sourcing and selection of talent. You get to play a pivotal role in helping our business function at a high level and recruit people who want to work for a company with purpose. 

This is a full-time, onsite role at our Distribution Center in Memphis, TN.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for EVERSANA, you will be tasked with full-cycle recruitment activities to introduce key talent to our growing organization to achieve excellent business results. You will demonstrate success by:

Actively source exempt and non-exempt workforce and build talent pipelines. Networking, sourcing, and screening talent in alignment with organizational hiring goals to ensure key talent is qualified, engaged and interested in our role, culture, and purpose.Building strong relationships and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against the appropriate criteria prior to launching any search.Effectively and creatively managing the recruiting process to include sourcing, selection, offer negotiations and pre-hire onboarding in conjunction with the HR operations, for multiple requisitions simultaneouslyDemonstrating excellent virtual and face-to-face interview skills and ability to assess the cultural fit and performance aptitude of candidatesProviding regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure transparency and timeliness throughout the entire recruitment process, including accurate and timely documentation of all recruiting activities and key metricsPlanning and executing hiring events, including onsite and virtual job fairsDriving improvements in the attraction, screening, and selection processes and demonstrating innovation related to how the organization can use new strategies and technologies while maintaining fiscal responsibilityLeading or mentoring other members of the Talent Acquisition teamAll other duties as assigned

EXPECTIONS OF THE JOB:

Continuously add high quality candidates to our Talent Pipeline through the use of social media, career boards and networking. Implement strategies to attract passive job seekers through lead generation activities, email campaigns and cold calling.Manage the entire recruiting process to include sourcing, selection, offer negotiations and pre-hire onboarding for assigned requisitions.Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against the appropriate criteria.Develop strong relationships and partner with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders, and Human Resources to facilitate the talent acquisition process.Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.Provide regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure the transparency and timeliness of the recruitment process.Actively participate in all talent acquisition related activities.Maintain and develop knowledge and understanding of sourcing strategies by attending educational workshops/conferences, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Demonstrate innovation related to how the organization can take advantage of new sourcing strategies and talent acquisitions solutions while maintaining fiscal responsibility.Deliver a level of service to candidates and managers that is consistent with the company’s brand, mission statement, cultural beliefs, and talent philosophy.Meet or exceed all key performance indicators as defined by EVERSANA Talent Acquisition leadership.Ensure proper process and documentation is achieved through your actions and the actions of our hiring process stakeholders.Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and professional judgment.All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below represent your experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities that allow you to be successful in this role:

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition or related field4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experienceFluent in both Spanish and EnglishSuccess in effectively dealing with all levels of an organization, from entry level to executive teamPrevious experience using an Applicant Tracking System or Customer Relationship Management System, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other passive candidate sourcing systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidate will also possess:

4-year degree from an accredited college or universityExperience in life sciences industry
