Talent Acquisition Partner Sr - Provider Recruitment

Cottage Health seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner - Provider Recruitment to join the Talent Acquisition Team.  This position is a key driver of Cottage Medical Group’s (CMG) mission to attract and hire exceptional providers who align with the organization’s goals. This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent. With a focus on building strategic pipelines and managing requisitions, this position ensures an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers while executing critical recruitment workflows that support the organization's vision and growth. 

This position may be remote.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently. 

Education:

Minimum: Associates Degree or combination of education and experience, using the standard of two years of experience equals one year of college. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent education and experience.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

Preferred: Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP), AIRS Certification (CSSR, CHCR), Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Technical Requirements:

Minimum:  Proficiency in ATS and CRM Platforms
Experience recruiting for hard to fill or niche physician and provider roles 
Expertise in sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and passive candidate engagement
Strong communication, organizational and relationship building skills
Familiarity with physician credentialing and licensure processes  Preferred:  Familiarity with medical residency and fellowship programs advanced knowledge of recruitment marketing social campaigns and talent 
branding

Years of Related Work Experience:

Minimum:  Five (5) years’ experience of corporate Physician/Provider or agency recruitment experience with demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and requisition management.  Preferred:  Ten (10) years’ experience full cycle provider sourcing and recruiting experience with demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and requisition management in an ambulatory setting
