As a Zimmer Biomet full life-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to join our team. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role is partly remote with few days per week on the site. **What You’ll Do:** + Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications. + Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives. + Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels. + Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet’s requirements, culture, and values. + Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for Zimmer Biomet and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate. + Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties. + Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline. + Support Zimmer Biomet’s diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle. + Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience. + Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects. **The Experience You Have:** + A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Talent Advisor/Partner managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including regional hiring exposure across APAC. + Proven ability to act as a consultative advisor, effectively guiding the recruitment process and influencing outcomes. + Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software, particularly SuccessFactors. + Language proficiency in **English and Thai is essential** . + The role requires supporting hiring needs in **Thailand** while also managing recruitment efforts across other **APAC** locations. **The Skills You Have:** + Strong sourcing techniques + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates. + Influencing and negotiation skills EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
