Job Summary: We are seeking an inquisitive, bold and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner with a relentless focus on talent to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth-focused talent strategy, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to propel our business forward. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver a seamless and efficient recruitment process, aligned with Anywhere Real Estate's strategic goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies while ensuring a positive hiring team experience through consistent collaboration and communication. Assessment: Have in-depth conversations with candidates and use behavioral based interview techniques to assess their strengths, growth potential and blind spots. Go beyond assessing for the current opening and ensure that they are the right person to lead our company into the future. Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize analytics and data to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve the recruitment process. Research the competition, industry trends and the current job market.Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment role within a corporate setting, preferably with real estate industry experience. Sales recruitment experience is strongly preferred. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Ability to think creatively for targeted selection and sourcing. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Familiarity with modern recruitment technologies and social media platforms with the ability to readily adopt new technology. Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment searches simultaneously.Why Join Anywhere Real Estate?
