Key Responsibilities

Assists the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing efforts for talents for Business Services Delivery Conducts initial assessment of candidates based on predetermined standards under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition team. Provides administrative support for the end-to-end recruitment process. Ensure that reports and databases of the teams is updated on a real time basis Provide administrative and operational support to Talent Acquisition Supervisor
