Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and implement transitional, short and long-term detailed product visions based on Aerospace Talent Acquisition and Preboarding strategies tying into the overall HR solutions roadmap that aligns to our GE Aerospace HR strategic initiatives.Manage service changes, product backlog and product dependencies based on overall roadmap strategy, business priorities, customer needs and readiness. Responsible for reviewing product releases and enhancements, working with stakeholders to determine priority, and coordinating deployment activities.Research latest product and market trends in Talent Acquisition/Preboarding solutions with a goal of continuous improvement. Develop strong relationships with our stakeholders and end users to better understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled through future product development.Deliver continuous improvements through regular review of product performance reports on adoption rates, customer survey results, and service performance metrics.Ensure security compliance and risk-management across the products owned.Qualifications/ Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of relevant experience). At least five years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition and HR Technology.Proven detailed functional knowledge of recruitment processes and systems. Workday Recruit system experience, or the equivalent, with 3 years of experience is required.Proven ability to keep up with current trends and innovation and how it translates to systems is key, especially in the automation space with AI.Ability to travel up to 10%

The pay for this position is $111,100 - 185,200. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
