Talent Acquisition Professional - National Security

In this role, you will deliver comprehensive recruiting solutions for cleared IT positions, playing a vital part in supporting our mission and the work of the intelligence agencies we support. A Talent Acquisition Professional at Jacobs is a key player in our dynamic recruiting team. You'll collaborate with some of the world's top IT solutions managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while filling critical roles. Your efforts will focus on recruiting IT professionals spanning a variety of technical positions. In this role, you'll leverage your exceptional sourcing skills, professional cold-calling abilities, and adaptability to meet the needs of our larger recruitment team. Whether you prefer to work from a Jacobs office, in a hybrid setup, or 100% remotely, we offer flexible options to suit your lifestyle. With minimal travel required, you'll primarily attend key meetings designated by the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Hiring Manager team you support. Collaboration with business unit members and the management team is fundamental to this role, as you align hiring strategies to identify and attract top talent. Regular communication with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and forming partnerships that lead to successful hiring outcomes are essential. Your responsibilities will encompass researching positions, opening and managing requisitions, sourcing, cold calling, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers. Your strong organizational skills will be crucial as you manage and track candidate activity. You’ll prepare and deliver recruiting reports to share with small groups internal to TA and Hiring Manager clients. As a champion of Jacobs’ culture of inclusion, you’ll consistently focus on diversity and inclusion, recruiting awareness, and maintaining an environment of equal employment opportunity as our competitive advantage. * 4+ years of recruiting in government contracting with cleared staff * Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS) - Avature preferred * Experience with developing talent pipelines that lead to rapid hiring progress as new reqs open. * Knowledge of OFCCP procedures and regulations in the US * High personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity Ideally, You’ll Also Have * Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field of business administration.  * Strong planning and organizational skills to successfully manage a high workload focused on hiring 30-50+ staff annually.
