Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you are responsible for supporting the full life cycle recruiting of financial, technical, and corporate administrative positions within MasTec Communications Group. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge. In addition, you will: Utilize recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing professionals for open positions within the telecommunications industry. Ensure the ability to learn/follow proper policies, procedures, and workflows greatly impacting the full recruitment life cycle. Partner with the Management teams to support recruiting efforts in sourcing and selecting qualified candidates for the specified job requirements. Continually source and develop a network of candidates, in addition to maintaining candidate relationships by utilizing internal databases. Establish best practices for recruiting strategies to seek/track qualified candidates. Assist in developing recruitment policies and procedures to enhance the overall recruitment process Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications About You: You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work You are proficient in Microsoft office suites. You are bilingual in Spanish and English. Have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. Have excellent time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills. You follow instructions, respond to management direction, and keep commitments. Strong leadership and project management skills. Able to manage, establish, and communicate clear goals and objectives. Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well. Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity. Exercises independent judgment and self-directed but also works well in a team setting. At least 2 Years of Recruiting Experience in Telecommunications or Construction needed. Comfortable with working high volume requisition load and excels working in a fast past enviroment You work proficiently in an ATS, preferrably iCIMs. Working Hours: Central Time Zone 8 am to 5 pm. Employment Status: Contract Work
