· Identify hiring needs: Work closely with departments to determine staffing requirements.

· Develop recruitment strategies: Create effective plans to attract qualified candidates.

· Source candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals) to find potential hires.

· Screen resumes: Review applications and select qualified candidates for interviews.

· Conduct interviews: Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

· Coordinate hiring process: Schedule interviews, administer assessments, and provide feedback to hiring managers.

· Extend offers: Prepare and negotiate employment offers.

· Onboarding: Assist with new hire orientation and paperwork.
