The Talent Acquisition Scheduler will provide support services by scheduling interviews for our entry-level, high-volume, Retail Sales role. The individual hired will need to be able to work in a fast-paced setting with the expectation of 15+ interviews scheduled daily to meet our high demand staffing objectives.
This is a temporary (6 month) position with the potential to turn into a permanent role.
Responsibilities Work alongside the Recruitment team in promoting ARS as a great place to work.Outbound dial cold candidate lists to re-engage interest.Engage with candidates via email campaigns and Text Message campaigns. Assist in screening candidates for basic job responsibilities.Review candidate video submissions (HireVue).Schedule interviews for high-volume roles (15+ daily). Ensure accurate and on-going management of candidate data using the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS).Assist Talent Acquisition Systems & Compliance Manager with ongoing data entry projects.Other duties as assigned.Benefits

Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.Proven ability to build successful inter-personal relationships with peers and management teams. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.This is a temporary (6 month) position.
