Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:


• Actively support the Talent Acquisition team by assisting in candidate sourcing and screening efforts.
• Collaborate on recruitment projects with the team, bringing a willingness to learn and grow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, supporting the team in tracking progress.
• Contribute to the interview and assessment process for candidates.
• Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of workforce planning strategies.
• Participate in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
• Support the team in providing a seamless and efficient candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 4+ years of Proven experience in talent acquisition, including data analysis, recruitment support, and process improvement
• Proficiencies in using recruitment software, data reporting, and candidate engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute to talent acquisition strategies
• Ability to work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to enhance recruitment processes
• Enthusiasm for becoming an integral part of the talent acquisition team's accomplishments
• Continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and emerging recruitment technology trends


Other Qualifications:


• An advanced degree or relevant certifications in Human Resources or data analysis are advantageous
