\nThe Talent Acquisition Senior Manager advises the Talent Acquisition team and HR leadership on planning, development, and execution of recruitment tools, vendor partners, and recruitment project planning while directly managing the Onboarding Function/Team for PSSI. Job duties include:
\n\nStaffing Needs & Collaboration: Understand staffing needs across PSSI and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team on marketing tactics and solutions.\nRecruitment Tools & Technology: Manage and oversee recruitment systems and tool performance capabilities, troubleshooting, and enhancements such as ATS, CRM, and marketing solutions while ensuring the Employer Brand reputation continues to strengthen and grow.\nVendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with recruitment technology vendors and other external partners, ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness.\nSourcing Strategy and Recruitment Partnerships:Manage the national sourcing strategy seeking out national recruitment partnerships, maintaining budget and vendor relationships, and work directly with recruiters to ensure process and planning are communicated and executed while maintaining a continuous feedback loop.\nRecruitment Automation and SOP Management: Collaborate with the TA team and cross-functional partners to drive efficiency and automation in hiring processes while maintaining accurate SOPs for the TA function.\nKey Performance Indicators:Monitor KPIs and success metrics, gleaning insights for process improvements and deployment strategies.\nOnboarding Team & Process Management: Oversee the newhire onboarding function and team, ensuring a streamlined, compliant, and engaging onboarding experience for all new team members.\nSystems & Vendor Management: Ensure alignment between systems, processes, and vendor capabilities to optimize recruitment and onboarding strategies.\nContinuous Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve processes related to recruitment and onboarding.\nOther Duties: Perform other duties and responsbilities as assigned.\n\n\n\nYOUR MUST HAVES:
\n\nMust be 18 years of age or older and high school diploma\n5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, or HR leadership roles\nProven experience managing recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and onboarding processes\nDemonstrated experience of employment laws and regulations as it relates to hiring in the US\nProven experience in vendor management and recruitment marketing strategies\nStrong experience with onboarding technology and process optimization\n\n\nWHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:
\n\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field\nHR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)\nStrong attention to detail and comfort managing complex logistics\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with tight timelines\n\n\nOUR ENVIRONMENT:
\nThis position is a hybrid position based, in part, in the Corporate Headquarters consisting of a traditional office setting and a combination of your professional home office. This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
