**About the role**
The Talent Acquisition teams mission at CBRE is to “be skilled and experienced brand ambassadors that use data and innovative recruiting techniques in partnering with the business to attract and acquire diverse, high-quality talent”
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for providing high-value recruitment support to TA Delivery Partners and Hiring Managers, championing the CBRE brand and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience.
**What you’ll do**
+ Develops deep relationships with the business understanding their talent needs and business objectives
+ Reviews and assesses talent making recommendations to the business
+ Partners with recruiting team to source, recruit and deliver a short list of qualified candidates while ensuring a successful candidate experience.
+ Ensures the team has a strong diverse talent pipeline both internally and externally to meet the current and anticipated needs of the business.
+ Engages with the team to ensure a deep understanding of the positions, and the requirements across all key openings.
+ Sources qualified passive candidates through various sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, indeed, networking, referrals, internal network of employees to identify referrals and other creative means.
+ Engages and connects with potential candidates, offer a high-level of responsiveness and as candidate connections to relationship build, sustain rapport, promote employer brand, and address questions.
+ Present a shortlist of pre-screened candidates, based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, and supplementary information within each application.
+ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support additional needs for Recruiters as needed.
+ Participate in hiring initiatives including job fairs, hiring events, school engagement, DE&I events, veteran hiring, etc.
+ Travel occasionally to recruiting events; reasonable accommodations will be provided.
+ Provides timely and effective end-to-end recruitment service to all businesses whilst engaging key customers throughout the recruitment journey
+ Advises the Hiring Manager on remuneration package details within approved budgets and market rates, extends offer and negotiate terms with candidates
+ May guide diversity or Graduate/Intern recruitment initiatives depending on market requirements and priorities
+ Ensures full compliance and adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures and recruitment policies
+ Understands the importance of an evergreen talent pipeline maintaining a robust talent database relevant to client and future needs
+ Maintains knowledge of local employment requirements such as visas and sponsorship process
+ Acts as a brand champion to applicants, prospects and providers

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**
+ Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing passive candidates, successful engagements, including screening candidates for both skills and qualifications.
+ Proven expertise in direct and creative sourcing techniques.
+ Must have the drive to ensure job openings have appropriate amount of coverage with qualified candidate presented in a timely manner.
+ Must have attention to details with excellent organizational skills.
+ Able to operate effectively in a matrix organization within a fast-paced industry, during a period of significant change and growth.
+ Must display a high sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure dealing with multiple competing priorities and a demanding workload
+ Flexible, ability to change direction at any time and be a team player.

**COMMUNICATION SKILLS**
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

**REASONING ABILITY**
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
**OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES**
Fully competent in specific HR concepts with emphasis on staffing processes, internal HR policies, employment law and interviewing techniques or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities. Strong personal computer skills using Microsoft Office, Internet software, and human resources information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS) applications. Demonstrated knowledge of basic human resource functions such as compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, training and development.
**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY**
Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
