(gets the basics right consistently) • Consultative Skills: Ability to leverage existing SOP or policy to provide consultative inputs. • Prioritize Work: Follow the cascade objectives and functions priorities to prioritize work. • Collaboration/Communication: Be able to maintain relationship with candidates and internal personnel and respond timely. Can start building partnerships and collaborate with recruiting partners and candidates to bring best in class service. • Problem Solving: Follow existing SOP and policy or solutions to solve sourcing obstacles. Start to learn & mirror best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve sourcing strategies. **Knowledge** : • Understand the basic domain knowledge of Sourcing and recruiting. • Understanding basic sourcing strategies. Ability to screen and assess candidates • Ability to build passive candidate pipelines **Experience** : 3 to 6 years of US Staffing experience is mandatory. **Education** : Bachelors/ Master’s degree. **Capacity For Complexity** Candidate / Talent Insight: Observe hiring problems and partner with recruiters to use existing solutions to fulfill customer hiring needs. Maintain/strengthen relationship with candidates and recruiting partners to provide suggestions and increase customer satisfaction. Manages Change/Lead Change: Follow and adapt to new changes. Manages Resource: Know how and where to find existing SOP or policy and be very familiar with it. Navigate Tools & Technology & Data: Adapt to new TA tools/systems or Technology and apply it in daily sourcing tasks (and get very familiar with it). Understand the data and know where to pull out correct data. Integrates Teams and Organization: Collaborate within TA org to follow existing processes, team goals and individual job goals within which individuals and teams are held accountable for achieving. **Temperament** .
