Job Description

As a Talent Sourcing Manager, you will set the path to success by overseeing activities that would promote Sutherland as the employer of choice. You are also expected to:

Key Responsibilities 

Plan and implement creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.Develop and maintain relationships with various schools, government, and private organizations.Ensure hiring procedures are in compliance with Sutherland and Government policiesAnalyze reports on employment statistics including but not limited to; cost per hire, source of hire and diversity of recruiting initiativesManage recruitment budgetPlans and evaluates the sourcing methods used to recruit quality candidatesResponsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of direct reports

Qualifications

 Required Skills 

Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course3-5 years solid experience in digital recruitment marketing or online talent sourcing preferably in the same industryExcellent presentation, data analysis and communication skillsProficient in MS OfficeAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient planning, time management, and decision-making skillsCan communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associatesCapable to generate new ideas and manage them into realityDemonstrates ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assessStrong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities are essential
