Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Shared Service (TASS) team in Makati City, Philippines. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner, you will provide sourcing, recruitment and general administrative support during the recruitment process. In this position, you will be managing roles and stakeholders within the Design & Engineering, Environmental Sustainability, Cost Management and Project & Program Management departments nationally. You will contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition function by assisting with planning, screening, conducting assessments, selection, and onboarding activities. This is a full-time permanent position with the flexibility of having a hybrid working arrangement.
Role accountabilities:
Candidate management by applications through the Skills Powered Organisation (SPO) tool, moving them to appropriate recruitment phases and keeping them engaged throughout process, ensuring consistent communication on the status of the recruitment activity. Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Support the evaluation and selection process by gathering feedback from interviewers, participating in candidate assessments as needed. Take ownership of candidate engagement, particularly for high-touch roles, using proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates. Process volume applications, reviewing resume, credentials and qualifications for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge of candidates in relation to current requirements and pipeline roles. Screen and qualify both internal and external candidates, assessing their suitability and obtaining necessary information to create long and short candidate lists. Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their application status, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports, utilising Oracle Recruit Cloud & EightFold, other TA tools to track and manage candidate information. Continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives through feedback and suggestions. Promote our roles on social media and channels in line with the latest EVP.Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree Recruitment experience, ideally in project and construction management Highly organised and able to manage a variety and high volume of requests ensuring these are seen through to completion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR tools to manage recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate data.
