Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner
Overview

**This is a remote position. Looking for candidates that live in the Eastern or Central Time Zone!**

**Candidate must reside in one of the approved remote worker states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, ND, NE, OH, SC, TN, TX, WA, WI**

Position is responsible for developing a network of talent for identified positions across several regions. The incumbent will identify talent through passive and active sources including social networking, personal networking, Internet research and data mining. Performs research, resume mining, list generation and cold calling of potential candidates through advanced Internet searches, in-depth data mining, Boolean searches and other research techniques.


Responsibilities

1. 2. Adheres to the Corporate Compliance Program, including confidentiality of HIPAA protected health information.
3. Works collaboratively with Talent Acquisition Team Members and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
4. Does cold calling and update calling to identify potential CHI Health at Home candidates.
5. Provides prescreened candidates for key positions, including internal, external, nontraditional and diversity candidates, to reduce time to fill and cost per hire; increase new hire retention; and increase hiring manager satisfaction.
6. Mines data of social media sites, recruitment databases, and other resources.
7. Works collaboratively with Talent Management for identification of high potentials.
8. Utilizes collected information coupled with recruitment tools and techniques to build viable candidate pools in alignment with the organizations pipeline needs.
9. Continues to evaluate sourcing methods through collected feedback and team work to implement solutions where gaps exist.
10. Documents candidate pipeline and candidate pools.
11. Develops and maintains pool of prospects with regular touch points.
12. Works with leadership to identify Strategic Workforce Planning for future needs.
13. Sources diverse candidates ensuring diversity within the selection pool for open requisition.
14. All other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Required:

6 years of experience in healthcare recruitment/sourcing for a candidate whose highest level of education is a High School Diploma. 

4 years of healthcare recruiting experience required for a candidate whose highest level of education is an Associate's Degree. 

2 years of healthcare recruiting experience requried for a candidate whose highest level of education is a Bachelor's Degree. 

Exceptional interviewing, communication, follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to proactively embrace new trends, education, technology and tools to recruit top talent.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners, and candidates.
Leading by influence rather than authority.
Excellent attention to detail.
Applicant tracking system experience necessary
