The Role: BIC’s ever-growing talent acquisition team is on the lookout for a Talent Sourcing Partner to cover a fixed-term maternity contract for a period of at least 12-months. The role supports talent acquisition and coordination process across Europe, Asia-pacific, Middle east & Africa. Reporting into Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, your work will directly support TA on their mission of bringing top talent to BIC. **What You'll Do:** 80% + Partnering with TA leaders & recruiters in identifying top talent for BIC via several sources such as LinkedIn, headhunting, database searches, X-ray searches, referrals, job boards, etc. + Responsible for identifying profiles for senior-level & executive searches (Senior Managers, Directors, VP’s, etc.) and managing candidate communication. + Fostering a state-of-the-art candidate experience for candidates by maintaining constant communication, information across all stakeholders and timely delivery of coordination services. 20% + Supporting end-to-end recruitment for internship/apprenticeship programs and other positions as needed. + Supporting with interview scheduling and other coordination activities for recruitment process. + Responsible for all required TA-reporting metrics, including NPS data, New Hire Reports, TA Performance Metrics/Leaderboard, other ad hoc reporting as required. **What You'll Bring To BIC:** + Bachelors degree in Business/Commerce/Human Resources, Masters is a plus + Up to 2-3 years of experience into talent sourcing/recruiting/researching or in a similar headhunting role + Bilingual – fluency in English + French language -intermediate level + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (time management, prioritization and project management). + Confidence to connect with senior-level stakeholders, ability to manage conflicting schedules when necessary and answer questions/deliver results in a timely manner. + Proficient with MS Office suite **What We Offer You:** + We provide comprehensive health and life coverage that is your safety net in times of need. + Hybrid model of working. + Multisport card – fully covered by the Company. + Food Vouchers - 200 BGN. + Transportation and Communication Allowance – 60 BGN. + Coffee, Fruits, and Healthy Food in the office. + Work environment a diverse community united by shared goals and values, ambitious and driven by a friendly atmosphere.
