Minimum Qualifications: • Open for CSR/TSR/RTA candidates. • Graduate in any discipline OR at least 2nd year college diploma • Must be residing in Metro Manila/Cebu or Davao • Must be work at home capable (Internet speed is 15mbps download and upload) • Must have their own computer/laptop • Minimum Experience: at least 1 year experiend in BPO or in any field. • Strong oral english communicatoin skills is a must • Amenable to work on night shift   Job Responsibilities: • Work closely with TA Manager in all aspectes of recruiting operations  • May Source, pre-screen candidates and actively provide recruiting operations on the status for each applicant and onboard hires
