Key Responsibilities
Post jobs to internal and external sites, manage recruitment mailboxes, and produce reports. Update candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System and provide operational support. Conduct interviews for corporate and leadership roles and create talent-sourcing insights. Act as a subject matter in developing sourcing strategies and overseeing the team of associates Represent the sourcing team in client meetings and offer market insights. Assist in data gathering for recruitment reports and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required 3-4 years of experience in volume and leadership/corporate hiring Preferred experience in BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment Strong presentation and negotiation skills Ability to engage with high-level clients.
