As we continue to grow, we need more people in the driver’s seat of our recruitment processes - will you become our new Talent Acquisition Specialist joining our European team and to be based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan?
We are a “Dream Team” of 20 members and situated in many European locations, including Tashkent in the heart of the Central Asia. Everyone brings their own flavour to the team, but we all strive towards the same objective which is providing best in class recruitment services and supporting Air Products in maintaining and growing the overall workforce!

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will
Fill vacancies in the region across Engineering, Technical and Corporate functions, guiding stakeholders in areas such as diversity best practice and talent attraction Manage all stages of the recruitment: briefing profiles with managers, posting jobs, screening CVs, conducting interviews, applying a variety of assessments, making job offers and compensation recommendationsBusiness partner on strategic and tactical recruitment through creative sourcing methods, networking and employer brandingEstablish, cultivate, and maintain solid working relationships with stakeholders (hiring managers, external relationships and other internal recruiting partners)Employ a particular focus on diversity to ensure we proactively seek diverse candidates and equality of slate. This will require innovation and focus to contribute to the global targetsBuild a pipeline of top talent, and skilfully covert passive candidates through managing sourcing channels & identifying new sources of top talentKeep within targets all KPIsHave a good understanding of the local labour marketMonitor the local legislation and review the internal processesPromote Air Products as an Employer of Choice throughout all stages of the recruitment process
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you already are and/or have
Proven full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house (agency experience will be a bonus)Proven ability to successfully prioritise and manage a large and diverse requisition workloadStrong customer service mindset, yet the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders in a professional mannerProactive approach with an ability to react quickly to changing prioritiesPositive attitude and the ability to optimistically take on responsibilities to successful conclusionPrevious experience of working with application tracking systemsStrong influencing skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skillsFluency in English, Russian and Uzbek are necessary for the business needs as well as for your future professional growth
