Their role goes beyond simple recruitment, as they focus on building a comprehensive talent attraction strategy aligned with business objectives. **What will you do:** + Designing and executing efficient and equitable recruitment processes. + Posting job openings on appropriate platforms and managing sourcing channels. + Conducting interviews and assessments to identify technical and cultural fit. + Collaborating with department leaders to understand required profiles. + Analyzing recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes. **Educational Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, capital management, industrial relations engineering, business management engineering or related to the area. + Fluent English **Top Candidates also have:** + Certification in Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI / STAR Method) + Certification in LinkedIn Recruiter or Talent Solutions + Certification in HR Analytics or People Analytics + Certification in Psychometric Assessment Tools (such as DISC, MBTI, Hogan) **Skills that you will have:** **Business Process Improvement** + Identifying and optimizing recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire. + Implementing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations. + Example: Reduced the time of hiring process by 20% by eliminating redundant steps. **Service Excellence** + Ensuring high levels of satisfaction for internal and external clients. + Using metrics like NPS or satisfaction surveys to measure service quality. + Example: Achieved a 95% satisfaction rate in candidate feedback surveys. **Relationship Management** + Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, candidates, and leaders. + Collaborating across departments and resolving conflicts. + Example: Successfully negotiated terms with a key candidate, resulting in a high-profile hire. **Candidate Screening** + Conducting thorough interviews and evaluations to identify the best candidates. + Using objective criteria and tools for consistent screening. + Example: Developed a standardized interview guide that improved candidate selection accuracy by 30%. **Candidate Sourcing** + Implementing strategies to actively search for candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, career fairs). + Using metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire to measure sourcing effectiveness. + Example: Increased the pool of qualified candidates by 50% through targeted LinkedIn campaigns. **Workforce Analytics** + Utilizing tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to analyze workforce data. + Creating reports and dashboards to inform decision-making. + Example: Developed a dashboard that identified trends in employee turnover, leading to a 15% reduction in attrition. **Additional Information:** + Location: Nuevo Laredo, Mexico + Sponsorship for foreign candidates is not available + Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
